Artist Studio Residencies

Resident Artist Studios

Designed for the professional artist seeking a permanent, dedicated home for their practice. Our private and semi-private resident studios provide the stability needed to create, store materials, and the opportunity to work 1:1 with our Curator to help you reach your professional goals.

  • Exclusive Exhibition: Residents are guaranteed a solo show annually.
  • The No-Commission Model: We believe artists should be paid for their labor. Residents keep 100% of all sales made through the gallery.
  • Access: 24/7 access to your dedicated workspace in our secure Midtown location.
