- Exclusive Gallery Access: Residents are guaranteed a solo show annually.
- The No-Commission Model: We believe artists should be paid for their labor. Residents keep 100% of all sales made through the gallery.

A flexible workspace for artists, digital creators, writers, and makers who thrive in a communal setting.
- Creative Work Environment: Access to large work tables, easels, our lounge/library, and our kitchen.

We move beyond traditional lessons to host process-led experiences that celebrate the creative journey. Whether joining us for an Art Happening, Homeschool Art Club, or Toddler Art Play, we provide the tools and prompts to spark your imagination. Here, there are no wrong answers—only the freedom to explore, experiment, and connect.
Art Happenings
Step into a participatory event where “lessons” are replaced by inspiration. Play with high-quality mediums and open-ended prompts without the pressure of perfection or having to follow step-by-step instructions.
Homeschool Art Club
A creative boost for your curriculum that values the individual voice. Students explore art history and diverse mediums through prompts that build confidence and community.
Toddler Art Play
A “yes-centered” space for creative play and sensory exploration. Using squishy clays and vibrant pigments, we let your child’s wonder lead the way through the magic of the mess.
